BY-LAW NUMBER
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY"LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-
78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule 'A' Map 4 is hereby amended by changing
the zoning category applying to the lands in dark
outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming
part of this By-law from "H-Holding Zone" to "E.P.-
Environmental Protection Zone" and "R2-Detached Dwelling
Second Density as shown on Schedule 'A'.
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to s~ch provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.
