BY-LAW NUMBER 2594-83
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
AURORA ENACES AS FOLLOWS:
1. NOTHWITHSTANDING the provisions of Section 6.26 of the
parking space dimensions for the lands shown in dark shading
on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this
By-law shall be 2.7 metres by 5.3 metres together with adequate
provisions for manoeuvering space or driveway purposes as
follows:
90 degree (right angle) spaces
60 degree spaces
45 degree spaces
7.4 metres
5.2 metres
4.2 metres.
2. No part of this By-law shall come into force until the
provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.
