SCHEDULE 2
By-law d 5'ls3-~has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law Number 2213-78 which applies to
the Town of Aurora as created by The Regional
Municipality of York Act to recognize as a legal
lot the lands shown on Schedule "A". I By-law 2213-
78 provided that all existing lots having a
minimum of 30 metres (100 feet) of f~ontage and l
800 square metres (approximately '> a~re) of land
could be used for a detached residential dwelling.
The subject project has only 27.89 m~tres (91.52
feet) of frontage. 1

This By-law has been enacted to reco~nize the
subject lot as a legal lot under theiBy-law.
