BYLAW - Amend 1863 - 19830502 - 257183.. .:.< ••• -. -------------·· BY-LAW NUMBER 2571-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1863 A RESTRICTED AREA [ZONING) BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 1863. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of /·~~ Aurora enacts as follows: ' ( c__ • .J. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of By-law 1863 as amended by By-law 2374-80 which permits one single family detached dwelling per lot as shown on a Registered Plan, Lots 90 and 91 Registered Plan M-2035 may be redivided provided that, no more than 2 lots are created having lot frontages of not less than 18 metres each. 2. All other provisions of By-law 1863 as amended by By- law 2374-80 shall apply to the subject lands. 3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. IN MtTRES -..... ..... . .... . ·-·., Schedule 2 By-law 2571~83 has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law 1863 as amended by By-law 2374-80 the By-law which implemented the Aurora Highlands Golf Course Subdivisions to allow lots 90 and 91 to be redivided by application to the Land Division Committee so that the existing house which currently straddles the lot line can be retained. The lots which will be created must have a frontage of not less than 18 metres (59 feet).
