BY-LAW NUMBER 2596-83
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to amend By-law number 1863 as
amended by By-law 2537-82 a Restricted Area
(Zoning) .. Byoolaw.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 1863 as amended
by By-law 2537-82;
NOW THEREFORE the Counc!il of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Section 3 of By-law 2537-82 is hereby amended by
deleting reference to the "Ontario Housing Corporation
Mandate" and inserting in it's place "Canada Mortgage
and Housing Corporation" so that Section 3 of By.,law
2537-82 will now read as follows:

11 3. For the purposes of this By-law, an~uApartment Dwelling
-Special" shall mean a separate building containing
more than four dwelling units which shall be constructed
under a .. programme administered through the Canada
Mortgage and Housing Corporation."
No part of this By-law will come into force without
Ontario Municipal Board approval, but subject to such
approval, the By-law will take effect from the day of
passing thereof.

received and the council of the applicant corporation
having an opportunity to consider certain amendment• to
the •aid by-law and the said council having on the 18th day
of July, 1983 passed By-law 2596-83 amending By-law 2537-82
and having cauaed a certified copy thereof to be filed and
the Board having diapenaed with notice and hearing in
respect of By-law 2596-83•
