BY-LAW NUMBER 2549-82
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE AURORA HYDRO COMMISSION TO CONSTRUCT RENEWAL OF
UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC SYSTEM WHICH IS FAULTY IN THE TOWN OF AURORA, IN THE
TOTAL ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $400,000.00
WHEREAS, THE HYDRO COMMISSION AND THE COUNCIL has determined that it is
desireable that the construction of this work be undertaken as soon as possible.
AND WHEREAS The Ontario Municipal Board by its order E 821403, dated November 4th.l982,
has approved of this project in the total amount of $400,000.00 and the temporary
borrowing pending completion of the work and finalization of financing.
NOW THEREFORE 'IHE MUNCIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the construction:Df the Electrical Distribution system in the amount of
$400,0IJO •• as proposed by the Aurora Hydro Electric Commission , be authorized.
2 . THAT the Work shall be carried out and executed under the supervision and
according to the direction and orders of Aurora Hydro Electric Ccrnmission.
3. THAT the Aurora Hydro Electric Ccrnmission .is authorized to cause a contract
for the construction of the said works by resolution and any other documents
necessary for construction of this work.
5 • THAT, The Aurora Hydro Shall repay the Town of Aurora from future revenue the
full cost as approved plus interest from time to time over a period not too
10 years.
