BY-LAW NO. 2552-82
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
WHEREAS the Municipal Ccuncil of the Ccrporation of the Town of
Aurora deems it expedient to dedicate land now held as public road
allowance;
NOW TilEREFORE, the Municipal Ccuncil of the Ccrporation of the Town
of Aurora enacts as follows:-

That the following land in the Town of Aurora be and is hereby
dedicated as road allowance for public highways:-
Edward Street -In the Town of Aurora, in the Regional
Munlclpallty of York, formerly the Township of Whitchurch
being that part of Lot 77 in the First Ccncession
designated as Part 1 according to plan 65Rll41.
That By-law 2325-79 is hereby Repealed.
That this By-law shall become effective on the final passing
thereof.
