OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2213-78
A RESTRICTED AREA BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-
78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 14.1 the
ground floor of the existing building on the lands
shown in hatching on Schedule "A" attached hereto and
forming part of this By-law may be used for a Nursery
School.
2. For the purposes of this By-law a Nursery School shall
mean:
"A day nursery as defined by The Day Nurseries Act
R.S.O. 1980 that enrolls c.hildren from 4 to 5
years of age for 1/2 day on more than one day in
a week and for more than 8 consecutive weeks at a
time."
3. The Clerk of the Town shall seek approval of this By-
law from the Ontario Municipal Board for a Iferiod not
exceeding two (2) years from the day of passing of this
