OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2213-78
A RESTRICTED AREA BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-
78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation o£ the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Section 25 is hereby amended by adding the following
as Section 25.6:
Restricted Industrial Service Exceptions
25.6.1 "The lands designated M1-2 which are Lots 7, 8,
9, 10 west side of Berczy Street, Registered Plan 68,
may be used for the following:
Commercial uses incidental to or in combination
with manufacturing and warehousing uses including
business and professional offices, banks, restaurants,
auction centres, and antique and craft display and
sales area.
2. That the zoning category apply to Lots 7, 8, 9, 10,
west side of Berczy Street, Registered Plan 68 is
hereby amended from "M2" General Industrial Zone to M1-
2, Restricted Industrial Service Exceptions.
3. Any new buildings constructed on the subject lands
shall be sited in accordance with the provisions of
Section 25.2.
4. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been complied with
but will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
