OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2073-76
AS AMENDED BY BY-LAW NUMBER 2152-77
A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2073-
76 as amended by By-law Number 2152-77.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. Section 5.1.2(d) is hereby amended by deleting 75 feet
and adding in its place 50 feet.
2. Section 5.1.2(e) is hereby deleted and the following
added in its place.
(e) Sideyards (min.)

the other side
exterior side yard
30 feet
15 feet
50 feet
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.
