BY-LAW NUMBER 2507-82
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1863
A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 1863.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. The defined area affected by By-law 1863 is hereby
amended to include the lands shown in dark outline on
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of the
By-law.
2. That the lands shown in dark outline on Schedule "A"
are hereby zoned "L" Industrial, "0" Open Space and "D"
Development as shown on Schedule "A".
3. That all provisions of By-law 1863 shall apply to the
subject lands.
4. That By-law 2142-77 is hereby repealed insofar as it
applies to the lands shown in dark outline on Schedule
"A".
5. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.

By-law .fl :fo '1-1>2-n.as the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 1863, the By-law currently in force in
the urban portion of the Town of Aurora_ The subject By-law
applies to lands which are within a plan of subdivision
intended for industrial purposes which has been draft approved
by Regional Council. This by-law then has two main purposes:
a) make By-law 1863 applicable to the subject
lands which are governed by a rural zoning
by-law having no industrial purposes,
b) Zone the lands .industrial in the area designated
"L" for holding (development) in the area
designated "D" and for major open space in
the flood plain area which is designated "0".
The lot layout and road pattern for the draft plan are
shown on Schedule "A".
