OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1863
A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 1863.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in
hatching on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming
part of this By-law is hereby amended from "S.T.M.7.8.27.37.43"
Single Family Residential, Two Family Residential and
Multiple Family Residential to "I" Limited Institutional.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section VII, 4(a)
Parking Requirements, the parking requirement for lands
shown in dark outline on Schedule "A" attached hereto
and forming part of this Byelaw shall be 91 spaces.
3. All other provisions of By-law 1863 shall apply to the
subject lands.
4. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been complied with,
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.
