OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1863
A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 1863.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. Section VIII, Part 7,(b) Zone Provisions Industrial
Definition is hereby amended by adding the following
after the last clause:
Lot 17, R.P. M-51 may be used for the outside
storage of structural steel, in the rear yard
provided that such storage is located no closer
than 10 metres to the rear lot line and 3 metres
to the side lot lines and provided such storage is
screened on all sides by a close board fence not
less than 1.8 metres in height and not more than
2.5 metres in height and also provided that the
structural steel shall be arranged in piles no
higher than 1.8 metres from the ground.
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.
