BY-LAW NUMBER £496-82
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUM~ER 1863
A RESTRICTED AREA BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 1863.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That the lands shown in hatching on Schedule "A" attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law may be used for
the erection of a gasoline bar and car wash and accessory
structures.
2. That the zoning category on the lands shown in cross
hatching on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming

part of this By-law is hereby amended from "D" Development
to "0" Open Space.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section' VII.4 the
parking requirement for the gasoline bar •nd car wash
and accessory structures shall be 5 spaces.
No part of this By-law will come into for~e until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been ~omplied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.

Schedule 2
By-law 2496-82 has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 1863 the By-law currently in force in
the urban portion of the Town to permit a car wash and
gasoline bar to be established on the Yonge Street frontage
of the site. The rear portion which is within floodplain of
the Tannery Creek will be grassed in accordance. with a site
plan agreement for the property.
The metric dimensions shown on Schedule "A" are equivalent
to imperial standards as follows:

56.81 m = 185.60 feet
