OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2213-78
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 29.2.1 the
minimum lot frontage and the minimum lot area for the
lands shown as parts 1 and 2 on Schedule 'A' attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law shall be 120
metres and 1.8 hectares respectively.
2. For the purposes of this By-law the lot frontage of the
lands shown as part 3 on Schedule 'A' attached hereto
and forming part of this By-law shall be deemed to
include the entire frontage of part 3.
3. All other provisions of By-law 2213-78 shall apply to
the subject lands.
4. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.

SCHEDULE 2
By-law ;?~9fJ~~/ has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2142-77 the zoning By-law currently in force
in that part of the Town of Aurora which was formerly in the
Township of Whitchurch, to permit the existing house on the
subject lands to be severed from the remaining lands on
which the original farm house is located. The new lot would
have approximately 120 metres (400 feet) of frontage and
l. 8 ha ( 4. 5 acres) of area. No new dwelling units may b.e
constructed unless one of the existing houses is removed.
