OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2142-77
AS AMENDED BY BY-LAW NUMBER 2380-80
A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law 2142-77 as
amended by By-law 2380-80.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. Section 1 and 2 of By-law 2380-80, which amends By-law
2142-77, are hereby amended by changing the reference
in the first line of each Section from Section 5.1.2 to
5. 1. 3.
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been satisfied but
subject to such provisions the by-law will take effect
from the day of passing thereof.

received and the council o£ the applicant corporation
having an opportunity to consider certain amendments to the
said by-law and the said council having on the 7th day of
December, 1981, passed By-law 2470-81 amending By-law
2380-80 and having caused a certified copy thereof to be
rUed and the Board having dispensed with notice and hearing
in respect of By-law 2470-81;
THE BOARD ORDERS that By-law 2380-80 as amended by By-law
2470-81 is hereby approved.
