OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1863
BEING A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 1863.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enact.s as follows:

1. That the lands shown in hatching on Schedule "A" attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law may be used for
the erection of 7,500 m2 of commercial floor area
comprised of 40 -two storey units.
2. That the arrangement of the buildings, parking areas,
and landscaping shall be in accordance with Schedule
"B" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
3. That the commercial uses permitted on the subject lands
shall be as follows:
retail stores
restaurants
personal service shops
business & professional offices
studios
banks or other financial establishments.
4. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provisions the By-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof .

By-law.l'fJ 1 has the following purpose and effect: To amend
By-law 1863 as amended, to allow the subject lands which
comprise a~out 2.5 ha (6.2 ac.) to be used for the construction
of 7,500 m (80,000 square feet) of commercial floor area on
two floors. The commercial uses will be restricted to those
indicated in the By-law and the arrangement of Buildings and
parking must be as shown on Schedule "B". The proposed
commercial use will be in the form of a group of buildings.
