OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA.
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER ~863
BEING A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 1863
as amended by By-law 2321-79.
\~_, NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" forming part ~f By-law Number 1863 as
amended by By-law 2321-79 is heieby further amended by
changing the land use category on the area designated
"amendment area" from T.4.26.41 to S.l.26,45. as shown
on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of
this By-law.
2. No part of this By-law will com~ into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act ~ave been satisfied but
subject to such provisions, the By-law will take effect
from the day of passing thereof
