OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN OF AURORA
Being a By-law to Amend #1867, as Amended,
Whereas, the Municipal Corporation of, the Town of Aurora deems
it expedient to amend by-law #1867 as: amended,
Now Therefore, the Council of the Mun~cipal Corporation of the
Town of Aurora enacts as follows:
1. THAT Part V, Clauses 1,2 and 3 of By-Law No. 1867 be
deleted and a new Part V be added so that Part V shall now
read as follows:

PART V
PENALTIES:
1. Any person violating any ofi the provisions under
Part III, Sections 1,2,3,5,6 and 7 may make settlement
within five days at the Town of Aurora Administrative Centre;
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, on payment
of Ten (10) dollars, otherwise a summons may be issued
and upon conviction, Clause 3 of Part V shall apply.
2. Any person violating any of the provisions under Part
III, Section 4 (1), 4 (2) and 4 (3) may make settlement
within five days at the To~ of Aurora Administrative
Centre; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, on
payment of Twenty (20) dollars, otherwise a summons may
be issued and upon conviction, Clause 3 of Part V shall
apply.
3. Any pe-rson violating any of' the provisions of this
By-Law shall be subject, upon conviction, to a penalty
of not less that ten dollars for the first offence and
not more than fifty dollars for every subsequent offence,
exclusive of costs, and all. such penalties shall be
recoverable under the Ontario Summary Convictions Act.
This By-Law shall become effective on the :final 'passing
thereof.
