BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19801117 - 239580.. ( BY-LAW NUMBER 2395-80 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2213-78 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213- 78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of By-law 2213-78 the following provisions will apply to the lands shown in shading on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law. i) Required parking shall be permitted .in the front and side yards of any building. ii) Parking shall be provided as follows: iii) iv) a) Any building a floor area or less. b) Any building a floor arza than 2800m . having of 2800m having of more 2 One parking ~pace for each 50m of floor area in the building. One parking 2pace for each 50m of floor area f~r the first 2800m . One parking ~pace for each 90m of floor area f~r the second 2800m . One parking Slj!ace for each 180m of floor area in 2 excess of 5600m No outside storage will be permitted on the subject lands. Maximum height of buildings shall be 15 metres. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of By-law 2213-78, the following provisions shall apply to the lands shown in cross hatching on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law. FOR APPROVAL SEE ORDER ATTACHED TO BYLAW 2213-78 . •: .. 3 . - 2 - i) Outside storage will be permitted on the subject lands where it is accessory to a permitted use and in accordance with the following provisions: a) it is located in the rear yard and not closer than 9 metres to a street line, b) it does not occupy more than 5% of the lot area, c) it is screened by landscaping, berms, trees or/fences so that it is not visible from a street, d) it is screened from the street by a wall or decorative close board or masonry type fence not less than 1.8 metres and not more than 2.5 metres in height. The zoning category on the lands shown in grid pattern is hereby amended from Ml to Ml-1. 4. The zoning category on the lands shown in cross hatching is amended from Ml to M2 subject to the provisions of part 2 above. 5. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of The Planning Act have been complied with but subject to such provisions the by-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
