BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19801006 - 238480BY-LAW NUMBER 2384-80
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2213-78.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
l. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 32 of By-law
2213-78, the lands shown in dark outline on Schedule
"A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law may
be used for the erection of one detached dwelling on
each lot as shown on Schedule "A" and provided that all
main buildings erected on the subject lands shall have
minimum side yards of 3 metres and a minimum setback
from the front lot line of 15 metres.
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the
provisions of The Planning Act have been complied with
but subject to such provision the by-law will take
effect from the day of passing thereof.

By-lawJJ 81 has the following purpose and effect:
To. amend By-law 2213-78 a comprehensive zoning by-law
governing the Town of Aurora as established by the Regional
Municipality of York Act. By-law 2213-78 places the subject
lands in a holding zone which al'lows only existing uses to
continue to be used for that purpose. This by-law would
allow one new lot to be created and used for a·detached
dwelling.
The metric requirements of this by-law are equivalent
to imperial standards as follows:

6272m = 67,486 square feet (1.5 ac)
