BYLAW - Amend 2142 77 - 19800922 - 238080,,:, . ._,._.;_- BY-LAW NUMBER 2 380-80 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2142-77 A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 2142- 77. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.1.2 respecting minimum lot area and minimum lot frontage on a public highway the lands in part of lot 12, Concession II, E.Y.S. Town of Aurora (formerly Township of Whitchurch) as shown in hatching on Schedule "A" may be used for the erection of 1 detached residential dwelling and accessory building. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.1.2 respecting minimum side yards, the minimum side yard requirement for the lands shown in hatching on Schedule "A" shall be 3 metres each side. 3. All other provisions of By-law 2142-77 shall apply to the subject lands. 4. DAY OF ' SCHEDULE 2 By-law,;IJ ~0 has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law _2_:1,'±£_-77 the zoning by-law governing the Town of Aurora which was formerly in the Township of Whitchurch. This amendment would allow the extension of an existing lot which because of its size and configuration would be extremely difficult to build on. The new lot will be similar in size to other rural lots throughout the municipality. The metric dimension show on Schedule "A" and required by the by-law are equivalent to imperial figures as follows: 3 metres = 9.843 feet 46 metres = 150.926 feet 26 metres = 85.306 feet 102 metres = 334.662 feet 45 metres = 147.643 feet .
