BYLAW - Road Allowance for Highways - 19790604 - 228079BY-LAW 2280 -79. OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA. WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient to dedicate part of the lft. reserves now held on the north side of Murray Drive and part 1 of Plan 65R275l. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: l. That the following property descriptions are hereby dedicated as road allowance for public highways: (a) All and singular that certain parcel and tract of land and premises si tuate,lying and being in the Town of Aurora, (formerly in the Township of King) in the Regional Municipality of York and being composed of that part of Block I on Registered Plan 514, designated as Part 1 on a plan of survey of record registered in the Land Registry Office (No.65) for the Regional Division of York Nor~ at Newmarket, as Plan 65R 2751. (b) All and singular that certain parcel and tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Aurora, (formerly in the Township of King) and being composed of part of the One Foot (1ft.) Reserve on Registered Plan 514, lying north of Murray Drive. Commencing at the north-east angle, being the intersection of the north limit thereof with the west limit of ~treet, as widened by Deposited Plan 190 (North Riding). Thence south seventy three degrees six minutes west (S 73° 06' W) a distance of six hundPed and fifty two point six feet (652.06 ft.) to the point of commencement. Thence south seventy three degrees six minutes west (S 73° 06 1 W) two hundred and four point two seven feet (204.27ft) to the north west angle of said one foot (1 ft.) reserve. Thence$OUth along the westerly limit one foot (1 ft.) to the south west angle thereof. Thence east along the southerly limit two hundred and four point two seven feet (204.27 ft.)
