OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA.
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1863
BEING A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 1863.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule "B" the
Performance Standard Chart as specified in "No. 3
Density" the lands shown in hatching on Schedule "A"
attached hereto may be used for the erection of a
single family dwelling per lot having a minimum area of
1,640 square metres.
2. All other provisions of By-law 1863 will apply to the
subject lands.
3. No part of this By-law will come into force without
Ontario Municipal Board approval, but subject to such
approval, the By-law will take effect from the day of
passing thereof.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
RE: BY-LAW NUMBER 2276-79
This By-law proposes to amend By-law 1863 which is the
zoning by-law governing the former Town of Aurora, to permit
the subject lands to be used for the erection of a single
family dwelling. Performance standard "3. Density" of By-
law 1863 requires lots in the subject area to be 22,000
square feet. The owner intends to sever his existing lot
into two lots each having about 1,640 square metres (17,750
square feet). These lots will be serviced with both piped
water and municipal sanitary sewers. In addition, the lots
will each have 100 feet of frontage, which is required by
the By-law the lots will appear to be compatible with the
surrounding area.
