OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 1863, A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING)
BY-LAW
WHEREAS IT IS DEEMED ADVISABLE TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1863.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "A" forming part of By-law Number 1863, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding to the lands covered by the said By-law the lands
included in Schedule "X" attached hereto and forming
part of this By-law and being those parts of Lot 79,
Concession 1, in the Town of Aurora, formerly in the
Township of King, as are shown as Parts 3, 4, 5 and 6
on Plan 65R-2127.
2. The following performance standards set out in Schedule "B"
to By-law Number 1863 will apply to the lands shown on
Schedule "X":
(a) Parts 3, 5 and 6, Plan 65R-2127, S.3.19.28.38.
(b) Part 4, Plan 65R-2127, Open Space (0).
3. No part of this By-law will come into force without Ontario
Municipal Board approval, but subject to such approval, the
By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

EXPLANl\.TORY NOTE TO BY-LAW No. -78
The lands covered by this By-law were formerly in
the Township of King, lying immediately adjacent to the west
limit of the Town and north of Kennedy Street .
. The extension.of McDonald Drive through the parcel
.of land and the conveyance of some adjoining Town property to
adjacent owners .has caused some realignment in the property
holdings in.the area and this By-law is being passed to change
the zoning of the lands in question from the former Agricultural
designation in the Township of King Zoning By-law to the same
use and performance standards as pertain in that part of the
Town lying immediately to the east of the subject parcel.
