BY-LAW NUMBER 2167 -78
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1863
A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-Law 1863
NOW THEREFORE the Council of th.e Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section VI Part 5 and Part 7,
Section VII Part 2 and Part 4, and Section VIII Part 5, the
lands shown in dark outline on Sch.edule "Arr may be used for a
printing shop having dimensions and yards as shown on Schedule
"A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law.
2. No part of this By-Law will come into force without Ontario
Municipal Board approval, but subject to such approval, the
By-Law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
RE: BY-LAW NO. 2167-78.
This By-Law would amend By-Law No. 1863, the comprehensive By-Law
as it applied to the lands in question, to provide for an extension
to an existing prin~ing establishment (classified as an industrial
use by the Official Plan) in a Commercial Zone.
The present building does not conform with a number of provisions of
By-Law #1863.
