BYLAW - Amend 1863 - 19771003 - 215377BY-LAW NUMBER 2153-77 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TO\VN OF AURORA A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1863 AS AMENDED BY BY-LAW 2110-76 BEING A RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW. WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-Law Number 1863 as amended by By-Law 2110-76. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Schedule "B" to By-law 2110-76 be deleted and that Schedule "X" to this By-law 2153-77 be substituted in place thereof and that all references in the said By-law 2110-76 to Schedule "B" shall be interpreted as referring to the said Schedule "X". 2. THAT Clause 3 (e) of By-Law 2110-76 be amended by deleting the number "327" in the second line thereof and substituting the number "246", so that the clause will read as follows: 3(e) the apartment buildings shown designated "A" on the said Schedule B shall in the aggregate contain no more than 246 dwelling units; none of which shall have fewer than one or more than three bedrooms. 3. NO part of this By-law will come into force without Ontario Municipal Board approval, but subject to such approval, the By--law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
