BY-LAW NUMBER 2090-76
A By-law to Amend By-law Number 1863 being a Restricted
Area (Zoning) By-law.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law Number 1863.
NCW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Aurora Enacts as follO'iNs:
1. That Schedule "A" fanning part of By-law Number 1863, as
amended, is hereby further amended by changing frorn"D-
Developnent" Zone and "C-corrmercial" Zone to "A-Apartment
Residential'l Zone, those lands known as Part of Lot 90,
Registered Plan 246, rrore particularly shown in hatching
on Schedule "X" attached hereto and fanning part of this
By-law.
2. The follD'iNing perfollli3Ilce standards will apply to the said
lands:
"9.20.30.43"
3. No part of this by-law shall come into force without
Ontario Municipal Board approval, but subject to such
approval, the by-law shall take effect from the day
of the passing thereof.

Commercial" Zone to "A-Apartment Residential"
Zone, those lands known as Part of Lot 9,
Registered Plan 246, more particularly shown

forming part of this By-law.
