OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE AMENDMENT TO THE RESTRICTED AREA BY-LAW # 1863 OF
THE CORPoRATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA TO PERMIT THE INCWSION OF BELL CANADA
WITHiiTl'IE EXEMPTIONS GRANTED TO PUBLIC AUTHORITIES.
r'\ BE IT ENACTED BY The Corporation of the Town of Aurora as an amendment to the LJ said By-law 1863 as follows:
l, Sub-paragraph (xl) of Section V of the said By-law 1863 shall be amended
to include in the definition of public authority Bell Canada,
2, The amendment shall consist of the addition of the following words at the
end of the said paragraph (xl) as presently constituted: "and the Bell
Telephone Company of Canada",
so that the section will read as follows:
(xl) "public authority" shall mean any school board, public utility commission,
transportation commission, public or other board, commission, committee
or local authority established or exercising any power or authority
under any general or special statue of Ontario with respect to any of
the affairs or purposes of a municipality or a portion thereof and
includes any committee or local authority established by by-laws of
the Council, and the Bell Telephone Company of Canada,"
