Whereas authority is granted under Section 30 of the
Planning Act, 1960, subject to the approval of the Ontario Muni-
cipal Board to exercise such powers:
Now therefore the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Aurora enacts as follows:
1. Section IV, Zones, of By-law 1822 is deleted and the fol-
lowing is substituted therefor:
SECTION IV. ZONES:
For ·the purposes of this by-law the following zones
are hereby established:

3. Section VII, paragraph l(a), of By-law 1822 is deleted and
the following is substituted therefor:
(a) All c and L Zones-a five foot (5') strip of land
immediately abutting all non-commercial or non-in-
duatrial zones shall be used for no other purpose
than landscaping.
4. Section VII, paragraph 2 of By-law 1822 is deleted and
the follO\'Iing is substituted therefor:

6. Section VIII, paragraph 6 (b)

Section IX, Exceptions, be runended by adding the following
thereto as subsection (ii):
(ii) Not-1-Jithstanding the provisions of this by-la\'1, nothing
herein shall prevent the enlargement of a shopping
centre by the addition of a junior department store
and 14, 000 square feet of o·ther retail space on the
north west corner of Yonge Street and Murray Drive "1-lith
a minimum parking requirement of 620 car parking spaces.
The parking requirements for this shopping centre shall
be defined as 5.5 car parking spaces per 1,000 square
feet of additional gross leaseable space.
