OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
TO AUTHORIZE AN APPLICATION TO THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL BOARD FOR ANNEXATION
OF PART OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WHITCHURCH.
WHEREAS IT IS DEEMED ADVISABLE TO MAKE AN APPLICATION TO THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL
BOARD TO HAVE '!1JlRT OF THE MUNICli:!!ALI'iey' OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WHITCHURCH ANNEXED
TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWN OF AURORA.
AND WHEREAS the form of the proposed application to The Ontario Municipal Board
has been settled and is set forth in the draft application hereunto annexed.
THE COUNCIL OF THE'CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1. THAT the application of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora to The -~~~
Ontario Municipal Board to have part of the ~unicipality of the Township of Whitchurch
·as described in the said draft application hereunto annexed to the municipality

The Corporation of the Town of Aurora hereby applies to have ~~
part of the municipality of the Township of Whitchurch annexed to the
municipality of the Town of Aurora.
The part of the Municipality of the Township of Whitchurch
which the Corporation of the Town of Aurora desires to have annexed to
the Municipality of the Town of Aurora is described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises,
situate, lying and being in the Township of Whitchurch, in the County of~~
and being composed of Pats of Lots 75 and 76, Concession One, Township
of Whitchurch, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the North -west angle of said lot 76;
THENCE SOUTHE~LY along the Westerly limits of Lots 75 and 76, 2145 feet
to the intersection of the Southerly limit of the road allowance between
Lots 75 and 76;
THENCE EASTERLY parallel with the Northerly limit of Lot 75, 3300 feet to a ~~
point in the dividing line between the Easterly and Westerly Halves of said Lot 75;
THENCE NORTHERLY parallel with the Westerly limits of Lots 75 and 76, 2145 feet ,~

THENCE WESTERLY along the Northerly limit of said Lqt 76, 3300 feet to the /,~
