OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A TRUSTEE TO THE AURORA AND DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL BOARD.
WHEREAS pursuant to the Secondary Schools and Boards of Education Act, R.S.O, 1960
CHAPTER 362, SECTION 22, the Council of a Municipality having a population of 6,000
or more according to the last revised assessment roll shall appoint three trustees,
one of whom,, shall retire each year;
AND WHEREAS the term<of Office of Dr. E.J. HENDERSON, one of the trustees appointed
by the Council of .the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora to the Aurora
and District High School Board now expires;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT VR. E.J.HENVERSON BE AND IS HEREBY APPOINTED A TRUSTEE TO THE /tdrf/.
AURORA AND DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL BOARD TO SERVE FOR THE YEARS, 1967, 1968~1969.
ENACTED AND PASSED THIS 19 DAY OF DECEMBER, 1966.
