OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A COURT OF REVISION.
WHEREAS by Section 64 of The Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1960, Chapter 23, the
Court of Revision in Municipalities .other than cities, shall consist of
five members appointed by the Council of the Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

are hereby appointed the members to constitute the Court of Revision for the ~·

2. THAT By-law Number 1544 is hereby repealed.
3. THIS By-law shall come into force and effect on the day of the final passing~
thereof.
