BY-LAW NUMBER 1616-64
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1496.
WHEREAS IT IS NECESSARY TO CHANGE THE DATE ON WHICH THE ADVANCE POLL IS HELD.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT section 3 of By-law Number 1496 be amended by striking out
the word "Fourth" therein and inserting in lieu thereof the word
"Last" , so that the section now reads as follows:
3. An Advance Poll shall be held on the Last Monday in November ~J
at 10.00 o'clock in the morning and remain open until 7.00 o'clock~'
in the afternoon at such places as shall be designated by
Council.
