That the said Public School rates shall be struck, rated, levied and coll. ected upon the land, buildings and business assessment~·{<\ assessed in the name of those designated in the Collector's Roll , as Public School supporters. 3. That the said Separate School rates shall be struck, rated, levied and collected upon the land, buildings and business assessmentt'~~ assessed in the name of those designated in the Collector's Roll . ~~ as.Separate School supporters. //i!>1 Jt/! There shall be struck, rat.ed, levied and collec~d/ a further special rate per foot frontage to raise the sum of $14,080~00 to cover the ratepayers1 share of the cost of the Corporations Sewerage system, such rate to be in accordance with the rates and against ~~A the properties decided by the Court of Re.vision held for such purpose .\'1 and the Collector's Roll shall provide accordingly. 1 ~ !>" '? One third o~he said r~te shall become due ~nd be paid and be paid on or before the 14 h day of July, 196,9! and one third , on or before the 12th day of Ma 1962; one third. ~~11 become due ~J~- shall become due and be paid on or before the 15th'day of September, 1962. If any instalment is default the subsequent instalments shall forthwith become Payable. 6. That there be imposed, as a penalty, a percentage chargee, :; ~; ~~;~~~!~~!~~~~o:~p~=e~;;~; e~"!~s~:~::f~ :~d t~~ ~~!e~irst\~ day of each calender month thereafter in which default continues, but not after the 31st day of December, 1962. 7. That the statutory penalty and interest shall be charged on all of the rates not paid on the 31st day of December, 1962 ~4A~ and such penalty and interest shall be levied and collected by the ,,,. Collector or Treasurer as if the same had been originally imposed ' and formed part of the said rate. 8. That the Collector is hereby authorized to mail or cause to be.~.mailed the notices provided for by Section 115 of the Assessment Act to the addresses of the residences or places of ~~­ business of the persons to whom such notices are required to be given. 9. That the Collector shall, if any instalment of taxes remains unpaid for more than fourteen days from the date provided for payment thereof, forthwith proceed to collect by distress or otherwise, under the provisions of the Statute in that behalf, all suck taxes, so in default, together with the percentage thereon imposed for a default.
