OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF THE TOWN OF
AUHORA POLICE DEPARTMENT IN COUNTY MUTUAL AID,
WHEREAS The Police Act authorizes the councils of all
municipalities to enter into agreements with other municipalities
for the use of police equipment or any of it:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, That the Town of Aurora Police Department be authorized to
leave the limits of the municipality, at the discretion of the
Chief and/or under the direction of the York County Police Co-ordinator
to respond to calls for assistance from other municipal Police
Departments authorized to participate in the York County Mutual Aid
System or any other County Mutual Aid System on a reciprocal aid \~·
basis. ~
2. In case the provisions of this by-law conflicts with the
provisions of any other by-law, the provisions of this by-law shall
