' . ~-~-------·-· .• BY-LAW NUMBER /:2.3 ( of, the Municipal corporation of the TOWN OF AURORA A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE ENTERING INTO OF .AN .AGREEMENT WITH 'l'HE Ow.NERS OF l"ROPERTY KNOWN" AS "AURORA HEIGHTS" WITH REJARDS TO A PROPOSED SUB-DIVISION OF THE SAID PROPERTY ON A SUB-DIVISION PLAN. WHEREAS the owners of property known as "Aurora Heights" and cci.tn.prising a part of LOt } according to registered plan Number 246 for"'the Town of Aurora, have made application to the council of the corporation and to the Town of Aurora Planning Board for the subdivision of the said property into lots on a regular subdivision plan and have agreed to enter into a subdivision agreement with the Corporation of the Town of Aurora. THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNClL OF THE CORJ?OR.ATI Ol\1 OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: l. That the Sub-division Agreement dated the 6th day of May, 1955, made between Cecil Foreht of the Township of York, in the County of York, trustee for Aurora Heights, and the corporation of the Town of Aurora, the parties for whom the said cecil Foreht to promise and agree severally and personally the terms and conditions of the said agree- ment, which agreement is now before council, be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and complete the same on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora and to attach the corporate seal thereto.
