BYLAW - Sale of Lot 17 - 19530921 - 116753--~--~· ~-~-- BY-LAW NUMBER 1/(:. 7 of the Municipal Corporation of the TOWN OF AURORA BY-LAW TO AURTHORIZE THE SAI,E OF LOT 17 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF TYLER STREET ACCORDING TO PLAN )() FOR THE TOWN OF AURORA. WHEREAS by By-law Num.ber IOCfj the Council au:Chonized the acceptance of the offer of John Waller, a veteran, for the purchase of Lot 17, according to Plan 30, for the Town of .Aurora, in accordance with the terms and provisions set out in the said by-law. AND WHEREAS the said veteran not having fulfilled the said terms and provisions required of him, the Council now deem it expedient to accept the offer of CioR-:Oof\1 fOLKt£ fiR:b a veteran, for the purchase of the said lot. THEREFORE THE lVIUNICIP.AL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the said offer of Go ~:boN f"Qu(clt.e..b for the purchase of Lot 17 on the North side of Tyler street, according to Plan 30 for the Town of .Aurora, at or for the price of one ($1.00) Dollar be and the same is he -eby accepted,conditional on the said Veteran con- structing a house on the said lot within two years the passing of this by-law. 2. THAT, on the said Veteran constructing a house on the said lot, conforming to the corporation's Building By-law and any other I by-laws appertaining to the same within two years from the date of the passing of this by-law, the Mayor and Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and complete a good and sufficient conveyance of the said parcel in favour of .;b.e.])oN ,co<-K.tt.IIR.i> or his nominee, and to cause the seal of the Corporation to be attached \~. THAT, provided a house is not fully constructed on the said lot within two years from the date of the passing of this by-law, the • - 2 - lot shall revert to the Corporation and the interests of the said ~, Veteran in the said lot shall cease and terminate. ~· 4.
