WHEREAS pursuant to The High Schools Act, R.s.o. 1950, Chapter
165, section 18, the Council of a Jvtunioipality having a population within
the district of 3000 but less than 6000 according to the last revised
assesS!llent roll, shall appoint two trustees, one of whom shall retire each
year.
AND WHEHEAS the term of office of llil"o one of
the trustees appointed by the council of the Municipal Corporation of the
Town of aurora to the Aurora iDistrict High school Board, now expires,
