TO THE NOJlTH LIMIT OF COUSINS DRIVE.
\VHEREAS at least two-thirds in number of the owners represent-
ing at least one half of the value of the lots liable to be specially assessed,
and others, have petitioned the Council to cons.truct, as a local improvement,
the work hereinafter described, and the Clerk has certified that the petition
is sufficient.
AliiD WHEREAS it is expedient to grant the prayer of the petition
in manner hereinafter provided.
THEREFORE THE li![JUICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWH
OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. That Sanitary s~vers, having a sectional area of inches,
be constructed on Walls Street from a point in the production westerly of the
North limit of Lot 34, Plan 332 to the North limit of Cousins Drive, a distance
of approximately Three Hundred and Two Feet, Six and one-quarter inches ~302' &!")
to serve both sides of Wells Street as a local improvement under the provisions
of The Local Improvement Act.
2. That :Messrs. Proctor, Redfern & Laughlin be ani they 'are hereby
appointed the Engineers to forthwith make such plans, profiles _and specifications ~
li!lld furnish such information as :may be necessary for the making of a contract
for the execution of the work.

a. Any person, whose lot is specially assessed, ~ commute for a payment
in cash the special rates im;posed thereon by pa;ving the portion of the cost of
construction assessed upon such lot, without the interest, forth;vith after the spec-
ial assessment roll has been certified by the Clerk, and at any time thereafter
by the payment of such sum. as when invested at four percent. per aunura will
provide au annuity sufficient to pay the special rates for the unexpired portion
of the term as they fall due.
