BY-LAW TO APPll.OVE AGREEMEI.'lT EXTElWil'IG THE RIGHT TO ARNOLD LEONARD FEREN AND
VIOLET FEREN TO CONNECT THEIR PROPERTY TO THE SANITARY S~VER CONSTRUCTED BY
JOHN W, BOWSER UNDER BY-LAW No.
WHEREAS, pursuant to By-Law number/oo¥, Mr. John w. Bowser
has constructed a sanitary sewer along the Northerly parts of Lots 74, 75,
76 and the Westerly part of Lot 77, Plan 30, Aurora, and has connected same
to the Corporation's sewer system.
AND WHEREAS Arnold Leonard Feren and Violet Feren, the owners of
parts of Lots 73 and 74, have connected their property to the sanitary sewer
constructed, as aforesaid, by the said John W. Bowser,
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation has granted the request
of the said Arnold Leonard Feren and Violet Feren to so connect their property,
subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in an agreement dated the
lst day of December, 1948.
THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIOl1 OF THE TOWN
OF AURORA ENACTS AS :FOLLOWS:
l. That the said Agreement made between the said Arnold Leonard Feren
and Violet Fere.n of the B'irst Part, the Corporation, of t.he Second Part, and John
w. Bowser, of the. Third Part, be and the same is hereby approved, and that the
l~yor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and
complete same and to cause the seal of the Corporation to ee attached thereto,
