BY-LAW TO EXTEND TO MR. JOHN W. BOWSER THE RIGHT TO COl~STRUCT A SANITARY SID.VER .
ALONG '):HE NORTHERLY PART .OF HIS PROPERTY ON LEPPER STHEET AND TO C.OHNECT SAME
TO THE CORPORATION'S SENER .SYSTEJ\1!.
WHEREAS Mr. John w. Bowser is erecting three houses on Lots
74, 75, 76 and the Westerly :part of Lot 77, on the south side of Le:p:per Street,
Plan 30, Aurora, and has requested the right or :privilege of connecting with the
Corporation's sewer system a·:private sanitary sewer which he :proposes constructing
along the front of his :properties to serve all the houses being constructed by him.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation has granted the request
of Mr. John w. Bowser, subject to certain terms and conditions as set forth in
an Agreement dated the 3rd day of August, 1948.
THEREFORE THE WNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF AURORA ENACTS AS IDLLOWS:
l. That the said Agreement made between John W.Bowser and The

Mmici:pal Corporation of the Town of Aurora, dated the 3rd day of August, 1948,
" be and the same is hereby approved, and that the Mayor and Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute and complete the same and to cause the
seal of the Corporation to be attached thereto.
