BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE LEASING OF THE AURORA ~~A TO AURORA RECREATION
COMMISSION.
\VHEREAS the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora
deem it advisable to enter into~lease of the Aurora property during the
1948-1949 Season.
AND WHEREAS the tender of Aurora Recreation Commission has
been accepted.
THEREFORE TRE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF TIE
TOWN OF AURORA El'IACTS AS EOLLO\VS:
1. That the Lease agreement dated the 7th day of September,l948,
between the libnicipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora and Aurora Recreation
Cormnission be and the same is hereby approved, and that the Mayor and Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and instructed to execute and complete the same
on behalf of the said Corporation.
