BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE TEE SALE OF LOTS 22 and 23 ON TEE NORTH SIDE OF TYLER STREET
ACCORDING TO PLAN REGISTERED AS NUMBER THIRTY FOR TEE TOWN OF .AURORAe
WHEREAS the Municipal Corporation of the. Town of .Aurora
purports to be the owner of Lots Twenty-two (22) and Twenty-three (23) .. on the
north side of Tyler Street according to Plan registered as Number Thirty for . j .f/4.
the said TOWll and has now received an offer from Jessie Park Fowler for the
purchase thereof at or for the price of One Hundred and Seventy-five ($175.00) ~/'·
Dollars.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the said offer
be accepted and the sale of the s.aid described parcel be COII\Pleted.
THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS;
1. That the said offer for the purchase of Lots Twenty-two (22)
and Twenty•three (23) on the north side of Tyler Street according to Plan reg-'
istered as Number Thirty for. the said Town be and the same is hereby accepted
and that the MS¥or and Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized and instructed
to execute and complete a good and sufficient conveyance of the said parcel in
favour of Jessie Park Fowler, or her nominee, on the payment of the said money,
and to cause the seal of the said Corporation to be attached thereto.
