BY-LAW NUMBER
Of the hunicipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corpora-
tion of the Town of Aurora deem it necessary and expedient to
purchase the hereinafter described lands and premises from Hermas
E. Proctor for the sum of •200.00, said land to be used as a
street, being the Easterly extension of Connaught Avenue, in the
Town of Aurora.

TION OF THE TOWN OF AUROPA, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS!-
1. That the hereinafter described lands and.r,rem
ises, being All and Singular those certain parcels or tracts of
land and premises situate lying and being in the Town of _Aurora,
in the County of Fork, ,:on the East side of Edward Street being
the Southerly fourteen feet eight inches (14' b") from front to
rear of Lot number nine (9) as shown on registered Plan number
120,for the said Town of Aurora; THE whole of Lot Number Ten as,
shown on the said Plan; AND THE Northerly twenty-one feet four
inches (21' 4") from front to rear of Lot Number eleven as shown
on the said Plan Number 120 for the said Town of Aurora; in all
having a frontage of sixty-six feet on the East side of.Edward
Street and forming an extension Easterly of Connaught Avenue
to be purchased from H. E. Proctor, of the Town of Aurora, for
the sum of Two hundred Dollars (Y200) and that the Mayor issue
anr;'_order on the Treasury for the payment of the said sum of Two
hundred Dollars (O:200) to the said H. E. Proctor. q
