BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-
law Number 5337-11 to appoint
Municipal By-law Enforcement
Officers and Property Standards
Officers for The Corporation of
the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS on May 10, 2011, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora
(hereinafter the "Town") passed By-law Number 5337-11, to appoint Municipal Law
Enforcement Officers and Property Standards Officers to enforce the Town's by-laws
pursuant to section 15 of the Police Services Act, R.S.0.1990, c. P.15, as amended,
and subsection 1(3) of the Provincial Offences Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.33, as amended;
AND WHEREAS the Council of Aurora deems it desirable to amend By-law Number
5337-11 to remove and appoint certain employees as Municipal Law Enforcement
Officers and to repeal certain other appointment by-laws;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "A" of By-law Number 5337-11 be and is hereby amended by
deleting the following words:
Terry Russell, Parking Control Officer
Jon Popple, Manager of By-law Services
Ross Molinaro, Parking Control Officer
2. THAT Schedule "A" of By-law Number 5337-11 be and is hereby amended by
adding the following words:
Terry Russell, By-law Enforcement/Licencing Officer
Eric Schafranek, By-law Enforcement/Licencing Officer
Dave Marshall, Parking Control Officer
Michelle Wacker, Parking Control Officer
3. THAT Schedule "B" of By-law Number 5337-11 be and is hereby amended by
deleting the following words:
Terry Russell, Parking Control Officer
Jon Popple, Manager of By-law Services
4. THAT Schedule "B" of By-law Number 5337-11 be and is hereby amended by
adding the following words:
Terry Russell, By-law Enforcement/Licencing Officer
Eric Schafranek, By-law Enforcement/Licencing Officer
5. THAT By-law Number 5392-11 be and is hereby repealed.
6. THAT By-law Number 5251-10 be and is hereby repealed.
7. THAT By-law Number 5147-09 be and is hereby repealed.

8. THAT all other terms, provisions, enactments, and amendments contained in By-
law Number 5337-11 shall remain the same and are hereby reaffirmed.
