WHEREAS it is desireable to improve the Waterworks Systew of the Town of Aurora by builainy2a new Hailer House, 3rick Chimney, purchase a new!A666mokand larger Boiler, erect a. new Steel Tank and Tower ant also w4eaveur to improve the quality of the water supply by Sinking artesian wells or by pipinL the present sIpply to fountain heaa.
