Mayor Morris called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

THAT the agenda as circulated by the Corporate Services Department be
approved.

1. Memorandum from the Director of Planning and Development
Regional Population and Employment Forecasts
Moved by Councillor Buck Seconded by Councillor MacEachern
THAT Aurora Council endorse the Region of York population, household
and employment forecasts, as approved by Regional Council on January
22, 2009, as set out in table 1; and
