DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST
There were no disclosures of Interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act, 1983,
STAFF REPORT
CL89-039 -Bill 3156-89 - A Bill to Prescribe Development Charges in The
Town of Aurora
The Chief Administrative Officer briefly reviewed for Council, the contents
of the Report prepared by the Clerk's Department, which outlined the staff
recommendations to alter the Town's Lot Levy Policy, arising from the review
of same, undertaken by CN Watson and Associates.

THAT leave be given the Mover and Seconder to introduce the
following by-law for First Reading:
3156-89 Being a By-law to prescribe Development Charges in the
Town of Aurora;
AND THAT the same be taken as read a First Time.
