DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST
There were no disclosures of interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act, 1983.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
#739. Moved by Councillor Weller Seconded by Councillor Pedersen
THAT the issue of the Paving of Henderson Drive West of Seaton
Drive, be added to the Agenda for consideration.

RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT 761494 ONTARIO LIMITED,
760756 ONTARIO LIMITED/ST. ANDREWS ON THE HILL (WILLOW FARM)
#740. Moved by Councillor Jones Seconded by Councillor Pedersen
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT, upon provision of all financial
securities, the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a
subdivision agreement, dated October 12, 1988, between 761494
Ontario Limited, 760756 Ontario Limited and The Corporation of the
Town of Aurora, with respect to draft plans of subdivision
19T-83036, 19T-83037.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, upon execution of the agreement, the
Engineering Department of the Regional Municipality of York be
advised that the Town of Aurora hereby grants the necessary
sanitary servicing allocations to the 201 dwelling units; and the
water servicing allocation to the 209 dwelling units to be
constructed in said draft plans of subdivision 19T-83036, and
19T-83037.

NEW BUSINESS
Paving of Henderson Drive
#741. Moved by Councillor Pedersen Seconded by Councillor Timpson
THAT staff be authorized to expeditiously proceed with the
provision of any required granular base, and base course asphalt on
the section of Henderson Drive between Seaton Drive and Bathurst
Street at an estimated cost of $35,000.00, the funds to come from
the Road Construction Reserve Account;
FURTHER, that staff be authorized to endeavor to negotiate the
recovery of a portion of these funds from those developers
participating in the cost sharing of the reconstruction works on
the road when same proceeds.
